1. The Staccato™ Software Design Method and Architecture for Embedded Systems is Intellectual Property provided by Mapletech Productions LLC to benefit the entire embedded systems community of developers. However, Mapletech Productions LLC is not, and can not be responsible for the use or misuse of any design concepts used in any product.

2. The Staccato™ design concepts may be used on any end product, provided that the intended purpose and use of the end product IS NOT to embellish, or otherwise enhance this design method and architecture. This restriction applies to, but is not limited to, software development tools, configuration management, and hardware manifestations.

3. Mapletech Productions LLC does encourage participants in the embedded systems community to contribute their expertise to the evolving nature of this design method, and thereby benefit financially upon entering into a licensed agreement with Mapletech Productions LLC.
